Nasal Spray Test System NSTS-1

NSTS-1 is a stationary system designed to automate and standardize nasal spray container pressing.

Main Applications:

• Testing of nasal sprays in accordance with the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia;

• Standardization and automation of container clicks;

• Determining the number of doses in a container;

• Incoming inspection of containers and tubes;

• Quality control of the finished product;

• Conducting a burst test on a container;

• Tool for developing drug instructions;

• Obtaining statistical data and their subsequent analysis.

One of the features of the system is the ability to accurately reproduce the profile of a person's pressing on the container. For this, the system is equipped with an internal pressure sensor, which allows reading the profile of a person's pressing on the container (pressure and exposure time) and, in the future, use this data to configure the system and process statistical data.

The system can be made for any type of container and have various functions depending on the wishes of the customer.
