From November 24 to November 26, 2021, the first supervisory audit by the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine (NAAU) was held at the Calibration Laboratory of the PE "Validation Center". The NAAU expert group, on the basis of the approved program, checked the activities of the Calibration Laboratory for compliance with the requirements of the new standard DSTU EN ISO / IEC 17025:2019 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories", which, according to the order of NAAU dated February 22, 2021 No. during 2021.
The first supervisory audit was combined with the expansion of the scope of accreditation of CL. At this stage, the Calibration Laboratory has expanded the scope of its activities through field methods for calibrating ME for temperature, pressure and relative humidity. As well as the introduction of a new methodology for calibrating test equipment to create and maintain climatic factors (temperature and relative humidity).
During the supervisory audit, the experts checked the functioning of the management system, knowledge and technical training of the CL staff. We monitored the performance of work by the employees of the calibration laboratory within the approved and expanded scope of accreditation.
The expert group noted the high level of equipment and technical training of the CL personnel, as well as that the calibration methods declared in the field of accreditation are carried out in accordance with the established requirements, and the quality of measurements is monitored.
According to the results of the first supervisory audit, the Calibration Laboratory of PE "Validation Center" proved its competence and high professionalism in the field of meter calibration and received a positive assessment from NAAU, confirming compliance with the established requirements of DSTU EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2019 in the declared scope of accreditation.
The decision of NAAU dated February 14, 2022 testified to the expansion of the scope of accreditation of the Calibration Laboratory of PE "Validation Center" and the issuance of an accreditation certificate for compliance with DSTU EN ISO / IEC 17025:2019.
